From Egosystem to Ecosystem- How FM Mattsson took on Internet of Things

FM Mattsson is a classic Swedish industrial company that has been manufacturing water mixers for over 150 years. In 2018, FM Mattsson began its journey towards the Internet of Things by producing its first connected and digital water mixer, which enables FM Mattsson to send and receive information from its water mixers. The mixers can now provide FM Mattsson with information such as how often and when a water mixer is used, how much water is consumed and what temperature it is on the water.

But FM Mattsson's IoT journey has not been successful without obstacles on the road.
