Leadership and Innovation - interview with an expert

In this interview Greta Braun from Göteborgs Tekniska College talks with Leif Denti, Ph. D. in psychology, that is conducting research at the Department of Psychology at the University of Gothenburg. In the conversation, Leif talks about research regarding innovation, leadership and what is required for people to be innovative.

In the interview Leif says that almost everybody can be innovative, but knowledge and competence surrounding the subject is required for the ideas to be good. Leif says that three things are important to think about to make a group innovative: knowledge and competence, that everybody in the group is properly introduced so that everybody knows which skills the participants have, and a proper understanding of the problem.
