Training operators in Smart Factories
The aim of this post is to educate operators on the Smart Factories project both quickly and effectively. This is done using a number of films. The films are also linked to QR codes which are mounted on the factory’s safety cages.
The main task of the operator in Smart Factories is to take part in the process of manufacturing VR glasses. This involves starting up the automated process and undertaking manual separation and assembly. Below are a number of films which explain the most important working tasks.
- Manufacturing flow in the factory.
- Refilling cardboard.
- Refilling lenses.
- Cleaning the labeller.
